I like Behati's hair long... it means that they aren't limited to not being able to pick it up or curl it if it were extremely short, like say... Freja's.

^ I agree with you all that I'm not thrilled. What is alluring about Behati to me is her bubbliness, her glowiness, her youth. That comes through in the Pink photos simply because they allow her to play up that side of her. An editorial like this makes her too grown up and too made up. She doesn't glow through the heavier makeup and older clothing. I love it when I can look at photos of her and squirm over her cuteness - and that only happens with less "stodgy" shoots. I still love her to death though

At this point there wouldn't be much harm in her doing that. Her high fashion career is becoming a bore and the Neiman Marcus edit is proof of that. Frankly I'm just hoping she does something to break back into the shows by September.

I love her long hair...its such a part of her image, and i like that. its in good condition too. I agree that maybe another color would be nice though. short hair with her face shape? ithink it would make her face look even more round. for me, Behati = cool, loose, fuss-free long hair.

and while i TOTALLY miss seeing her on the runway, it seems to be her choice to do the
"bread and butter" cataloge/VS work. she's making mad cash, and its the path she is choosing. i think if she really wanted to do the shows she would and could.

to be quite honest, if behati wanted to break into high fashion with a bang again, casting directors wouldn't be looking for a haircut to spice things up, but a change in the vein of charlotte calypso, kinga, and anna maria j's transformations

Well it is Victoria's Secret so... I actually saw someone's posting of it on Flickr and almost wanted to mention that it was really wasn't written up by her (or at least it seems that way) because the misspelling was noticed and I think it just feeds into model stereotypes besides the fact that the misspelling is completely unnecessary. They're marketing to college students, not kindergarten.
