I just don't see the resemblance whatsoever. Kate Moss has prominent cheekbones and Behati's aren't as much so, and Kate Moss's lips are fuller.

I can kind of see the resemblence myself... though tiny... it is there once you point it out. I really see it in runway photos like the set above where her hair is slicked back... her bone structure in a way reminds me of Kate. However, that is my opinion.
