I'm sorry to say this but I wish VS had never casted her... She is just way to gorgeous and I'd love to see her back on the runways. I wonder what kind of career she would have had if she hadn't signed the VS contract.

Oh cool, you too? I'm glad shes been so successful, but I've always thought it was a bit unfortunate that she got signed with VS. I never wanted to say anything for fear of getting bashed XP

She would probably be a struggling model like 95% of the other models out there. Having a stable source of income is extremely important and I doubt she would be earning much had VS not signed her. So be happy and grateful for her, she gets to be in the spotlight, have a stable income, enjoy her work and relax in her private life. Not many models get to do that but thats because many models are not as lucky as her.
I didn't mean to imply that VS has been bad for her but I'm sure her career would have taken a total different path if she hadn't signed with them. I doubt she would be "struggling", though. From what I remember she was very successful in the high fashion circle before she disappeared due to her new commitments.
That said, I'm also kind of glad she's with VS. She brings some variety to the brand and their bland catalogues and advertising.

Fair enough, she might not be struggling, but that risk would probably be there. I understand your point though, she might have had a great high fashion career, we'll never know, but her priorities probably changed as well.

I think VS signing her for the face of PINK was honestly the best thing that could have happened to her. I love Behati but she's just not high fashion - she doesn't have the look for it, and is too commercially appealing to generate to Chanel or Givenchy audiences. She's got a cute round face and a bubbly aesthetic about her and I think PINK is great for her! 
I'm sorry, I don't mean to sound like a b*tch... but have you looked at the pics posted on the previous pages? She is so gorgeous, she may be cute and all that but she transforms so well on the runway, it's amazing. There had to be a reason the designers loved her so much.

^ disanni, if anyone shares your pain it's me. Estee Lauder nabbed Hilary right off the runway and then she did Sports Illustrated and she practically became invisible. But modelling is a job, it's a living. The job with the most money is the best job (unless it's Playboy or something).
