For those who are interested, Focus by Michael Gross just came out and it focuses a lot on Bill King and his down fall. Very interesting read for someone like me who didn't know much about him.

Definitely worth reading - interesting and so sad to learn that the bulk of his archive was put into the hands of his sister after his death and hasn't been seen since.
