i saw on an interview with leighton that she said gossip girl will last for another two years until their contracts are up... she stated that they most likely wont renew the contract and that gossip girl supported them with branching out and going out their separate ways.

It's just funny that you have people like Penn, Chace and Leighton always saying when the show will probably end and Blake has stayed surprisingly mum--it's especially impressive considering she's the only with a viable post-Gossip Girl career at this point. The cast should recognize a good thing while its there, we all know what happened to The OC cast......and Mischa Barton never got a Vogue cover, let alone two, or a Chanel campaign.

^ Very good point...Mischa who?? Leighton is the only other strong contender for a solid post GG career as far as I can see, unless you want to count Taylor starring in "The Lindsay Lohan Story" a few years down the road....
