Im most def not a fan of bollywood celeb`s style and tasteless heavy make-up, and I dont get why most of females are wearing colored contacts? Green, golden brown, even blue! Looks very fake.

I love traditional Indian clothes, though.

I guess the American standard of beauty is revered worldwide.


Anyhow I always hear people say that Brazilian women are the most beautiful in the world but personally I've always felt that way about Indian women. Just my opinion (of course the world is filled with beautiful women from every country).

Honestly speaking, I think Im out of any standarts. Especially American ones, since Im not American and dont want to become one.
To make things clear - I LIKE traditional Indian clothes, I think its very elegant and beautiful. I also do find Indians with they cinnamon colored skin and gorgeous dark hair to be a beautiful race.

And if Im saying that these celebs are tasteless its just my opinion. Also many of those ppl are wearing colored contacts which make they eyes look very fake. And maybe its only my impression, but I think those ppl are wannabe whites. They just dont look natural.
Natural is beautiful.
Fake natural is ugly.

I wouldn't say all bollywood celeb's are tasteless but the fashion in india is quite different to the western world.......bollywood does actually have some good dressers i.e Preity Zinta, Rani Mukerjee, Lara Dutta, Priyanka Chopra and Kangana Ranaut......i think their personal style which is seen at events and parties more is quite good

Some actresses do tend to wear alot of make-up but i think it is required for the glamourous roles they play, plus make-up tends to melt quick with the heat in india! But recently from the photo's of recent parties, premieres and events most actressess have seen to be wearing less make-up....

I could. I`ll post some pics of Bipasha Basu as Ive seen her wearing all green, golden brown and blue contacts.

This is Bipasha`s natural eye color. Its obviously black. Or perhaps very dark brown.

Many other ppl whose pictures were posted in this thread are wearing colored contacts. Maybe you just dont look close enough? On few it looks more or less natural, on most fake and on some even scary.
