I don’t necessarily hate the images but this is such a missed opportunity to present something luxurious and fresh. I think the collection itself had the potential to be presented in a much more desirable way. This is very flat somehow and there’s no story at all. I don’t miss Daniel Lee but I do miss BV under Tomas Maier actually!

Maricarla's shot with the spotlight is so good, they needed to utilise more of that. The other shots aren't bad per se, just quite vanilla. Like a little more motion would have been nice to see at least.

Each picture from this campaign is incredibly strong on its own, but they just don't make sense as a single story. I wish the team had focused more on one theme and run with it. That being said, I can't wait to see more of this Bottega Veneta incarnation.

As a whole I actually like this. It’s not amazing or aspirational but there’s a tension, something happening at least.
I guess most of it was shot right after the show. And this is a great « backstage » campaign. The « party » shots are really great.
