Oh dear, this is one of the best collections of the season. It's so pure. It's so simple yet so intrincate. She's an amazing designer, she deserves more recognition.

She was granted full membership by the Chambre Syndicale last month apparently so hopefully she'll begin to receive more recognition.

This is couture ready to wear, it's marvelous tailor.

This is a very solid effort, to the extent that it bores me because it's just too perfect. The tailoring is outstanding, no doubt. And had the impeccable cuts and fits been the main focus (in a Jil sander kind of way) I would probably have enjoyed this much more. I actually find all the design-y, trendy elements here somewhat distracting. All the simple outfits are much stronger and way more impressive than the feathery and furry stuff. If this was a little less rigid I would be more forgiving of the gimmicky stuff, maybe. I guess I just find the concept of wearable Haute Couture here to be executed in an awkward way and it's not all that exciting to me, even if Bouchra usually does that really well.

Not loving the fur. I do love the fabrics, like the satin gowns and trousers. It is a simple collection, that is what makes its beautiful

Absolutely beautiful, wearable haute couture.
I'm so glad to see her playing a bit more, what with those exquisite feather embellished pieces.
And whoever is sewing her satin gowns needs to be hired at the Dior Atelier ASAP.

Those embellished jackets are to die for. I love that they have so many embellishments and feathers and yet they don't look tacky or ridiculous.
