Boyd Holbrook

It's embarassing how cute they are. I usually feel a bit uncomfortable looking at candid pictures of celebrity couples minding they're own business, but the one of them kissing made me smile like it's a kiss from a Disney movie scene.:rofl:

Boyd is among the nominees for Best Acting Performance Male at Milan International Film Festival for his role in "Little Accidents". The movie has got five more nominations, including Best Directing. The festival is currently running, awards are going to be confered during the next week.
Also, apparently "Little Accidents" just found a distributor for the US: Amplify took it. (source: indiewire)
This clip is featured on MIFF website (miffawards.com), and I frankly can't understand a word he says, but I love it nonetheless:

He always picks parts with a lot of substance, and I especially love him in the Americana/rugged parts like this. Go Boyd, go!

^ that shows that he's a great actor and respects the craft. I am certain it's going to be a continuous fruitful career for him.

I just realized with utter astonishment that Josh Soskin's "Moving Takahashi", released back in 2011, has never made an appearence here on tFS  It was a very well crafted indipendent short movie with Boyd playing the lead, maybe a little poor in writing and not so believable, but saved by pretty good acting, beautiful cinematography, a good song and Boyd's face. It was the first time I thought "so he does can act", even if he's not very well served by the script. I'm going to post it to be thorough, just in case someone missed it.

Note that the last pages of the interview is missing. It's a shame since the guy it's always quite a pleasure to read. Hope it will end up on the magazine website, eventually.

Wow, he was just featured in Interview earlier this year. The pictures are gorgeous.

I love seeing him work with Armstrong again, and the Sam Shepard friendship made me even more giddy as I love them both! Sounds like Boyd's got some exciting projects in the future, there's no stopping him

He just keeps getting more and more gorgeous as time passes by, doesn't he? And also, I'm really excited for his upcoming projects and really happy for him. He's so talented and deserves everything that's happening and more!

Just watched A Walk Among The Tombstones, very nicely crafted genre film: Boyd got a couple of good scenes, his part is small but crucial. He proves again to be a solid actor. Little Accidents, though, could show him as much more than that. The following clip just gives me the chills:
