Bra Sizing

Seriously I don't understand half a word here, in Europe sizes usually start from 80 which is a rather small size, most woman are around 90-95. This thing of A or AA or stuff like that, I've never ask for that plus all my bra's are 85 A B or C, I've got all kinds and they all look the same to me.


Anyone knows how to meassure yourself in french/spanish sizing? From what i cann see they are the same.

hanne have you ever bought freya or rigby and peller bras--i am thinking of orderung some, and am wondering how the sizes run in comparison to american brands

I am not sure how the sizes compare, the best bras i own are by rigby and peller, and i am getting a freya bra for christmas from my mum.

I was measured last week in selfridges, that was done without a bra on, but was very quick, and professional, then she brought out some bras to check the size.

really? my main issue is that my chest sits closer to the center of my chest---so i need more support to seperate and define ---does that make sense? i have tried panache-the superbra, and was unimpressed---tight with litle support... how does it compare to that for instance?

I am not sure if you would want a full cup bra but that would cover everything you want, and they are excellent support wise.

I started wearing them as I am a 30DD and not too many places stock that size.

I know a woman who runs a sewing school specialising in making underwear, and she claims that rigby and peller are the best made bras you can buy.

so awersom.. i have to order them online--as in philadelphia---no one carries my size---ogh the fat american plight---i have decided to get my bras orderedfrom a british/euro company. i ama 30dd as well
