Here are some more pictures of Brigitte Bardot, to add to the lovely ones that Josephine posted, from the Beauty Icon feature style.com did on her.

With trademark tousled blonde curls, circa 1958.

In a wasp-waisted leotard and fishnet stockings to showcase those endless legs, Bardot epitomized a new kind of sex appeal.

A few images I've scanned from FilmTv and a page from Vanity Fair.

I love Brigitte's style. Especially the hairband.

I'm sorry if it's allready been brought up.. but why has she been called bitchy in her older days?
I don't know much about Brigitte other than her style.

Some of her views and comments can be quite racist and discriminatory. She has said things against Muslims, homosexuals and I think immigrants in France too. I'm pretty sure her husband is also a member of a very right wing party in France.

I love her, she was my style icon above all others when I was like 16 :)

This all falls into the "political" arena which is against posting policy here at TFS- so let's stick to her style and fashion please:flower:

The first time I saw Brigitte,I just completely fell in love with her eyes;I have to say that hers are the most beautiful ones I've ever seen--
Actually, I'm considering to buy myself dark brown contacts (my natural colour is this "average" blue-green blah type) to get close to them...dark eyes are just perfect if you really want to pull off liquid eyeliner (and "heavy" eye make-up in general) imho....^_^

^i know what you mean

i adore 60s style eye make-up but it always seems to suit brown eyed people more

i bought brown contacts for my blue eyes but i never wear them because i just hate putting them in

well, fortunately the process of putting them in isn't that difficult for me,since I've been wearing contacts for about 4 years by now ^_^ ( I've got to buy them with dioptres which is rather difficult and comparatively quite more expensive)
yeah,it's a pity...I'm also thinking of all those other phenomenal 6Ts icons like edie sedgwick, anita pallenberg etc. (all brown-eyed!)
but thanks to science we can now catch up with those blessed girls...:p

btw, what do your eyes look like when you have your contacts in Josephine? I mean,do they turn out to appear quite dark or more fair?
(because I can just get them in a simple "brown",and I'm wondering if they make my eyes look dark enough)
