Thank you so much AnnieHall, those pics are amazing ! Especially those from your 2nd post, they were taken during a pretty epic costume party at Brigitte's house in St Tropez in July 1968. She talks about this party in her autobiography.

CielDeLit, have you read any of her books or maybe some biographies? Which one would you recommend?

Yes ! I've read her autobiography, which is divided in 2 books (their titles in French are "Initiales BB" and "Le carré de Pluton" but I'm pretty sure they were translated in English).
I think it's much better than reading a biography written by a random person, with mistakes or inaccuracies. You get Brigitte's version, her insight, and details you won't find elsewhere..

However, I'd like to read Vadim's (her 1st husband) autobiography, cause there's a quite lengthy passage about her from what I've heard.

I haven't read Le carré de Pluton, I'm pretty sure it's not available in English either . If somebody proves me wrong, I'm more than happy!

Wow I'm surprised it hasn't been translated in English ! I hope it will be eventually !
I'll have to check if there's like an "approved by BB" biography, but I'm pretty sure there isn't.
Indeed Brigitte sued Vadim, but she regretted it afterwards, because she considered him as a brother, a friend. Maybe she was influenced by other people..

I'm not sure it's Gigi but he sure attended the party, if I remember well, Brigitte said that he came disguised as a Tuareg, so that's probably not him.

Oh that's too bad ! Is it just unavailable in your language or just in your country ? Because if the book has been translated into your language you could buy it on Ebay or stuff like that ?

Until then, there's still plenty of movies to watch, pictures to see, songs to listen and probably books to read about her The only biography I've come across on Google Books is by Barnett Singer, I don't know if it's any good or reliable though.

Any ideas on her beauty regime, maybe she mentioned it somewhere?

She did a lot of ballet when she was a child and a teenager, she wanted to be a professional dancer, and that's about it Seriously, she didn't diet or practice any sport after she stopped ballet. I assume she wasn't a big eater, and she became vegetarian circa 1962.

No, in fact my mother language is spanish, and i have only look for it in stores, but i wouldn't mind to read it in english. And i never consider about buying it on Ebay, i've never been that much of buying things on the internet, but i'll check it out. Thanks.
