British designer that made tshirt dress..help

Ok im trying to remember a designers name..they made that white tshirt dress with puff sleeves and it had a screenprint of a girl in knickers with her hands tied behind her back..i think one of you here even owns this piece...whats their name again im totally drawing a blank right now!!
