Cate Blanchett and her husband Andrew Upton have welcomed a baby girl into their lives via adoption!

The 45-year-old Cinderella actress’ rep has confirmed the news of the adoption.

“The Upton family [Cate Blanchett and Andrew Upton] have adopted a baby girl. No further details will be provided,” the rep said in a statement to JustJared.com.

Cate and Andrew, who have been married since December 1997, are the parents to three sons – Dashiell, 13, Roman, 10, and Ignatius, 6.

Congratulations to the very happy family on this exciting news!
