Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas have re-listed their Manhattan apartment for $5.9, after initially listing it for $6.5 in July. The couple purchased the apartment in 2018 for $5.6. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom abode spans across 2,907-square-feet of living space

I saw some of the publicity around her apartment in the past days, not sure it was AD but anyway, it sounded like years of hard work and like she put a lot of thought into it.. obviously everyone will advise you to sell your property after a handful of years to get richer and richer but it just sounds like such a waste really... owning/preserving isn't bad business either.

The decor is a little too trendy for me but I like how everything, from the furniture to the way she ordered her bf's books down to the bright accents, is all hers and like she really has firm opinions and an understanding and appreciation for everything that's in it. With Hollywood celebrities you can tell they're really.. plain and it's an interior designer going crazy with a credit card and trying to collect 'one-of-a-kind' trendy s*it to create enough buzz to get published somewhere.

I liked her bedroom but frankly, perhaps because I've lived in a similar space/building, I find these type of spaces suffocating, you feel like you're barely getting any air (especially in any city's downtown) and then there's the lack of privacy and being exposed to your neighbor's sounds through their windows. In a way I can understand why, having been through the lockdown in a space like this, she would want to sell..

^ lol 'this Spanish misión style', that's hacienda style (I was like, how can you be an angeleno and not know that? but looked him up and he's from up north.. that explains). And the "panic room" simply means your previous owners were cartel members, duh...

The original house looks like it may have been nicer than with the changes they've made. It looks so much like my friend's country house in Argentina .. these houses are life-saviors during extreme temperatures, everything's built so you remain fresh inside. Also, a walled bathroom garden is one of my ambitions for when I build my house, that and an outdoors shower.

My absolute biggest pet peeve in architecture is that for the past 70+ years, homes have so often been built with a garage assertively placed at the front of the house. Drive through your average subdevelopment In suburban America and you’ve got a big fat 2-4 car garage projecting aggressively from the front of nearly every house. It’s HIDEOUS. Is it so hard to be a little more discrete? Your ugly garage door should not be the focal point of your home for every passerby. Seeing this feature on a 7 or 8 figure home is particular offensive.

I think it's possible that pictures of this house have been posted on this thread in the past.
Tommy Hilfiger makes a quick sale for $47.5 million on his Connecticut mansion... as he and wife Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger plan to move to Palm Beach, Florida

    • Hilfiger, 69, and Ocleppo, 53, purchased the home in 2010 for $31.4 million
    • The couple spent three years renovating the property following their purchase
    • The mansion was only on the market since September, at an asking price of $47.5 million
    • The gorgeous home, which features French turrets, dates back to 1939
    • Hilfiger's mansion sits on 22 acres, and the main home has more than 13,000 sq. ft.
    • There were only four showings and three offers before the home sold, the New York Post reports

I don't know, if the house has been staged or it actually looked like this when she lived there, definitely not how I pictured her house to look like

Winona Ryder puts her San Francisco home on the market for $5MILLION after 25 years living on the bayfront
    • The home is in the Cow Hollow section of San Francisco and is listed for $4.995m
    • Winona Ryder purchased the home in 1995 but it's not known when she last lived there
    • The Dutch Colonial built in 1902 offers stunning bay views, has three bedrooms, an upper deck for entertaining and a backyard that includes a brick patio, spacious deck and lush foliage.
    • The rooms also offer sweeping views showcasing the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz
