justaguy, can't thank you enough for these! thank you thank you for all the gems!:heart:.. I've never bought AD, do they still feature artists/designers or did that change and what we get online now is all they cover? (celebrities and their interior designers who fill up their houses with stuff the celebrity never seems to know exactly what it is or how to even pronounce).

Just unlocked a new extravagant ambition: waking up to a Nevelson. What a dream.. :crush:

Thought this was from 1997 or something, just checked the year and it's 2009.. they all look so young here lol.

AD still features home of artists and designers, but like most American print titles, they're increasingly focused on digital content, so much of what they're known for now is video tours of places owned by B or C list celebrities (or over-praised A-list interior designers) that aren't particularly aspirational. In the video tours they even blur the artwork sometimes, so I find the printed magazine the best way to experience AD content. Often I find the places and spaces featured inside (but which don't land a cover or get a digital content push) are the most worthwhile.

You're so very welcome, @MulletProof :redheart:

AD still features artists and designers, but it's just not the same magazine it used to be. Sadly, like most magazines, they have 100% lost their brand identity. I get a monthly stack of home decor magazines and honestly, with the exception of Veranda, I wouldn't know which magazine some of the edits came from. Even AD España and UK Elle Decor have changed so much.
