hey aris, i don't know about the jeans, but it should be available in europe. i think the california refers to where the ads were shot, which was in LA/Bev Hills. The merchandise should be the same everywhere if it's the main line. try your local chanel store and good luck!

thank you, I was worried, there are many beauty products of Chanel that are exclusively for the USA market.
The long lasting Chanel lipstick that I bought last year in Las Vegas is not in Europe yet.
If you see the jeans let me know what is your opinion on them. I saw them on their site in the spring summer 2006 collection.
I do not have near by a Chanel clothes store, but I'll go soon to one.

There's a Chanel chain belt that I would really like to purchase. I'd love to show you the picture but I don't know how to import pictures from chanel.com so I'll give the description. It is the pink velvet and metal belt from S/S 2006 accessories collection.

I am hoping all gorgeous and kind ladies at tFS can let me know where I can get it from (can't seem to find it here in Singapore) and more importantly, how much that retails for. Thanks!

i'm in singapore. hhm, i shipped some stuffs like skirts and jeans from overseas before, not big ticket items though, and found that i was charged only for the shipping.

as far as I know Singapore and HK have not import tax.

Has anybody seen the blue jeans of Chanel. I saw them in the March Elle and they looked absolutely lovely - nice blue color, long and lean and had something on the side seems.
I'd like to know the price and how the fit is. Any info will be appreciated.
The ad says Chanel California - what does it mean - will we have it in Europe???

That jeans are deadly expensive! I saw them yesterday in boutique and they were retailing for something around 1050Euro.
They do have a nice Chanel tweed trim similar like on jackets.
I did not have chance to try them on, since they did not have my size, but they did look a bit baggy on mannequin.

i decided it's too much hassle calling many chanel boutiqes for that belt so i just called my aunt who stays in hong kong and got her to look for the belt for me there ha! she found it and it's on my way to me. i am so excited! will post pictures once belt arrives.

the black is nice too! i wish i could buy both anyway, the belt is GBP 255 and in singapore it costs SGD 830. hopefully you can estimate how much it is in australia.

my aunt said the belt itself is just shy of HKD 3700. i guess prices very much depend on each country's import tax policies. you should definitely check with sydney's chanel to confirm.
