I don't know the exact measurement but it's quite large and deep...it's probably the size of the 40cm Birkin...it's more diapperbag-ish

that bag is listed on ebay.. i saw it... they had the measurements too, but i forgot... it was something like 14*9.5 but im really not sure.. might have been 16...??? so go check it out

Finally received my Chanel tote...r/o

As some of you remember, I was trying to decide between the caviar tote and the ligne cambon flap tote...well, I decided to go with the flap tote, because the cerf (caviar) tote is being re-introduced and will not be in stores for another couple of weeks, and I was itching for a bag.



Anyhow, I feel so stupid; I never liked the ligne cambon line, but found the flap tote (black on black) to be classy, so I went for it. I just got it yesterday, and even though it's beautiful, I think I'm going to sell it our return it. I'm definitely going to hold out for the cerf tote.



I know we can't sell on this forum, but if anyone is interested in buying it from me with no tax and/or $50-$100 off, email me. I will send pictures and provide more details. I would return it (and I still might), but I feel so bad, because the sales woman that helped me spent almost an entire week trying to track down an old cerf tote as well as this bag (it turns out the flap tote is sold out at most Chanel boutiques). Losing money is not as important to me, because she worked hard and she deserves the commission. But, if I have to I will send it back.



Okay enough of my fashion sorrows I will post when I finally get my hands on the cerf tote.

I think the cerf is somewhere in the $1600-2000 range. I was with my friend when she bought hers, but the exact price is escaping me. I think it is a really lovely, basic bag. And it comes in more than just the black, I think they have pale pink, white, and brown too.

The cerf tote is $1650 and it's totally worth it. A friend of mine fell in love with the cambon bag I bought, so I sold it to her...so no worries there anymore. I promise pics once I get the cerf

I never liked the Ligne Cambon, and the new ones with the python.

That one on Ms. Olsen is lovely, that sucker won't be going out anytime soon.
