The styling definitely saves this campaign. Normally Chanel campaigns are as interesting as watching paint dry but this is certainly a step up from what they've been producing for a while.

"Il n'y a pas de mode si elle ne descend pas dans la rue", this is great! Love this campaign so far. I wasn't absolutely convinced with the previews but this looks original and different from everything I've seen from Chanel.

I did like the first revealed shots of this campaign but the new shots are just ridiculous... not even close to Chanel niveau.

Now, really, do you guys still think that's a cat???? After the message on her forehead, the photo-booth... Streets... Urban... Underground... Literally! Subway station! Photo booths are common on subway stations, right? And what else is common? Cats? WRONG!! RATS!!! Freja is dressed up like a rat!!

This is ridiculous. Everything about this campaign is off. The photobooth, the colour scheme, the general mise-en-scene, the styling, the camera angles, etc etc!

How did they go from last seasons delightful campaign to this?

This has got to be the worst campaign Chanel has ever done, let alone one of the worst campaigns I've seen all year. Freja is old news, the settings are stupid and the styling is ridiculous.
