Softgrey, you MUST see 'Last Year at Marienbad'. It's really such an ongoing reference for Karl. Once you see it, you can trace the true inspiration for this collection and many others.

I have heard so much about this film but have yet to see it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, now if I can only find it...

liberty33r1b - I have to agree with you about a few of those dresses...not so great. At least half of the collection is, well, not my cup of tea. But other pieces and elements are. Look at some of the wonderful little details...These ideas are not new, but I still like them.

yes, Karl always loves to do a little photo shoot with his 'model of the moment' just before fashion week to go with the photos of the show
i think the photos he does for that are the best he does, they really highlight the essence of the collections
