Charlene Wittstock, Princess of Monaco

ok i just went through her entire thread and people are really hard on her for trying to be a glamorous dresser and because of her possible plastic surgeries ... honestly she just wants to look "her best" and she isn't the first would-be royal to do that
i've seen a lot of royal makeover/transformations in the past and those women are loved by many (queen rania being one of them) and haven't been as judged as charlene has

I totally understand your point of view!

Oh I love how people on this thread know things about royalty.^_^ I am a history student, so it's really interesting to me too.

Anyway, sorry cause I didn't go throught the whole thread. She is classy, but really boring to me. I just wanted to ask how this two met and how long have they been together?

I really love her style lately. Anyone knows when this photo was taken? She's rocking that Lanvin dress.

EnVogueLove> according to wikipedia, "Wittstock met Prince Albet II, the sovereign of Monaco, in 2000, when she traveled to Monaco for a swimming competition. They had been seen together since 10 February 2006, at the opening ceremony of the 2006 Winter Olympics when the Prince was accompanied by Wittstock." :flower:

I 100% agree!! AND, I remember reading about the brutal treatment our now Sainted Grace Kelly received from her own people when she was first in Monaco; what is the motivation behind constantly tearing down beautiful princesses? On any of the celeb or model threads we can find things that aren't 'right' or up to standards; it just seems the young Royals are prime targets for detailed criticism all the time...Princess Caroline looks years older than she is and is usually seen with a cigarette and a glass of wine in her hand, yet ultra fit, healthy and smiling Charlene has everything she wears and every look she presents ripped to pieces...Very strange... :(

It was taken during a cocktail party for the International Monte Carlo Jumping Event, on June 24 :)

I agree with previous posts... it's a pity that (especially) women always feel the need to criticize and bash other women...
Charlene tries to look her best and she certainly seems like a clever woman who knows how to present herself.

Apparently, we won't have a lot of pictures, as this ceremony was only shown to the inhabitants of Monaco.

She's glowing and looks genuinely happy!
