I think the coat could have been a bit better if perhaps she had worn a colorful scarf. She is suffering from too much beige: beige hair, clothing, shoes etc.

I like the coat, but wish she had chosen it in a different colour, or had put on a colourful scarf to contrast with it.

I'm beginning to think Charlene is bipolar when it comes to fashion. She has an awesome streak than follows it up with the most boring clothes ever then just when we think she's gotten hopeless, she gives us another awesome streak....then back to blah again.
