Clare Waight Keller finale collection for Chloé.

It's very cute and girly. It's a good collection to go out on.

These little embroidered illustrations crawling onto the two sheer pieces in the first part remind me of the way colouring books of cities look when you first buy them (yes, I've bought them :ninja:). They're lovely to look at and only wish they had made more appearances or better yet, taken over the whole collection.

That brown leather coat and the shoes are the highlight for me. I'm not really a fan of this mid-00s take on the 60s.. feels a bit half-baked. I love her and I always waited for round 2 of that amazing Pringle of Scotland collection she did that was all grey and full of pleats, or at least something that reminded me it was the same person!, probably more Chloé's fault.. another haunted house.

It was really surprisingly good and cute. Clare knows exactly how to do great graphic and sharp pieces. This is why I really like this interpretation of the '60s. It's quite sad that it's her last collection because it would be interesting to see the next one since she finally captured the Chloé spirit without being too boring or too sweet. Or too relying on the flou.

A forgettable tenure.

That heart dress is so Luella. I like all the Mary Jane heels, but that's it.

pretty pretty pretty as usual..the 3rd look brown coat is lovely but...

that is exactly the problem with her at Chloe, there is always a "point' that makes the clothes "stand out and look pretty', like that red heart cutout dress, yes its cutesy and pretty and all, and the heart is obviously to catch attention but there isnt much depth to it. I feel Chloe is more than that. This is gimmicky at best that is more deserving for second class designers.

I love the pattern on the last dress, and (like Mullet) all the embroidery on the sheer pieces. It's very cute and feminine, and mostly in keeping with the house's original aesthetic. It's a good collection to leave behind.

To be honest, this is one of her best collections at Chloe because she has moved on from the bohemian spirit and it has touch touch of young Chloé girls that can fit very well with others who proceeded her at the house. I'm very happy she get to design a final collection that is both joyful and leave a great impression. During her tenure, these is no doubt that she has transform the brand into this persona with a great following.

I have a softspot for Claire, she's such a nice girl, but it looks like she put no effort into this...

She is a great designer. She did a great job at Chloé...
For years, it seemed hard for Chloé to move on from the Phoebe Philo aesthetic. They wanted an It-Bag so bad and at the same time a real fashion strength.

Her earlier collections for Chloé were particulary strong and good and finally Chloé moved-on. Her contribution is huge!
While i have been less excited by her work since FW15 (her precollections were always good tho), this is a great collection.

It's a nice mix of what Chloé is known for and what she brougth to them. Yes, we can find those romantic dresses and some beautiful blouses and jackets but there are also a sense of modernity with the tracksuits and the pants looks.

I really love the solid green ensemble (pant & shirt) and the last dress. The shoes are very cute, they reminds me of some shoes from 06/07.

I forgot that this was going to be her farewell collection for the house and thinking that this was designed by the new designers I wasn't so worried about the house shifting aesthetics.

But knowing this is her last collection for the house instead makes me really upset because it's so beautiful :( it really reminds me of when I started getting into fashion in 2006-2007 and yes it's commercial and a little light but it's hitting the right nostalgia notes for me. I really hope she moves on to a new house soon because I will miss seeing her at fashion week.

I like most of the knitwear (as usual), the texture and finish of the leather of the coat (but, not so much the coat itself) and the teddy bear jacket.

I think the baggy trousers are quite nice and will actually look better on more averagely sized people, than they do on the models, which isn't really a bad thing.

Other than that, not so much.

I have an ongoing dislike for big collars and most of the colours are pretty nondescript and random-looking.

Overall, it lacks cohesion, for me and also, a certain something (maybe sex appeal?).

Some of the men in the audience looked like they were about to fall asleep...

I remember times when I loved, or liked, pretty much every look in Chloe collections; but, I haven't felt like that for a while.

Now, it's more a case of finding a few gems, in amongst all the other stuff.
