Chloe platform shoes 06

emma peel, is that also a chloe dress? Love the outfit! Looks like you just stepped off the runway!

nah, the bib dress is anthropologie, not bad for a little over $100 right? and i got it shortened. but it does seem to be made for folks that are a bit flat-chested. ;)

I'm glad you decided to keep the pewter chloe's emma peel & that dress is so cute! I think this one below @ Urban Outifitters would be nice to. I'm thinking of getting it to wear with my wedges, their white though so I'll probably get the black mini dress instead of the ivory one.

I'm having a hard time finding one that isn't lacy though.

yep - that dress is good...

most of my dresses are more babydoll...
but they work really well with the slingbacks i have...imo...

they really do go with everything in my closet....
it's weird......

but i am sooo glad they do...:p

Surprisingly they are comfortable and I usually have problems with heels fitting right. The leather is so soft.

I've seen inspired by copies of them everywhere. They quality doesn't come close though.

I just got these today. I love them!

Beaumonde, they are divine!! Where from??
I just ordered my patent wedge with ankle strap from NAP, should be here next week.
Do tell...how will you wear these? I'm thinking of getting the leather 3 buckle ones and haven't thought abt how to wear them!

:woot: Congrats!! May I ask how they are walking in? Comfortable? I'm thinking of getting a similar style, only not the wedge ones but the ones with heel and three buckles.. but the part I'm worried about is around the ankle which is quite exposed..makes me wonder if the shoe will give enough support to the ankle, enough to make them somewhat comfortable walking in. I have a great pair of vivienne westwood ankle boots that unfortunatly are horrible walking in because of this.. I'm hoping these won't be like that, but the low cut around the ankle is making me wonder... and I'd like to know before I get them as I'll have to order from NAP and won't get tax refund if I return them:doh:
So, I hope you can help and tell me how they are! And enjoy your new shoes, they're great! :flower: :flower: :flower: :flower:

I have wanted these since I saw them on the runway months and months ago! Chloe boutique just got them in on Wednesday.

I've only walked from one end of the office to the other, but they were pretty comfy! The heel/wedge is a lot different from the summer ones with the leather tie -- divine and worn to death, by the way.

I think Kate Moss wore these in a shoot for W and they look great with everything (ok, maybe because she has perfect legs). I want to pair with opaque tights and skirt or maybe trousers.

I tried on the ones with the heel and I was too afraid to walk in them. I once had Jil Sanders with a high block heel, caught the heel on the stairs coming up from the subway and almost crashed. Saved by a pudgy fellow happy to catch a lady! Those are a bit low cut around the ankle, but I wouldn't worry about that too much. I can PM you some ankle strengthening exercises if you'd like. ;)

I wore my summer mary janes all the time this summer, too. there was hardly anything they didn't work with, and even though they are high they were incredibly easy to walk in, yes even run a little.

that's what is so great about chloe wedge's, I think they are tried and worn before they are sold to the public. I sure hope the new accessories designer gets this, and can keep the chloe style on target. it's in such a good place now.

luckyme...i don't think we have the same chloes....
at least something is different in our closets......

or am i getting you confused with laika...
you two seem to def be on the same style page as me lately....:p

we have different chloe's, but a chloe is a chloe is a chloe all :flower: . just perfectly fun!

I just got these chloe mules for the upcoming season. Never saw them before, but for casual pants and jeans I will wear them to death. I love shoes I can slip on and go.

I just got the dhl package from nap, the dress is gorgeous. It fits perfectly, and the length is right for me. It hits just at the knee so I can wear it with my tall platform boots. the silk on the dress is paper thin, feels so soft. and the colors are a very muted, softgrey...it's such a pretty day dress.
