Christian Dior S/S 2026 Paris

Loved this collection and how respectful he was to reference so many elements from the archives that we can readily identify as fans of Dior. I really loved the mirroring of men's to women's looks- those caped looks. Love that, the interconnectedness.

Agree with @blusheels - that coat was one of my favorite moments in the collection.
Excellent pulls for archival reference @AFWQ - could you do that for Balenciaga?

Jonathan has utilized his spotlight and risen to the occasion. I like how the show video in the beginning acted as a reset, and also love how he's sharing elements of the collection on his instagram to invite us into his process and execution.

Couture in January will be soooo good. I am excited.

Saw some pics with their cosmetic jewelry. Pretty, though some were vca inspired, others goossens.

Posted, on Balenciaga thread what I found on twitter. If you have an account, please take a look at LaModeUnknown. It's a great source!

I'm right there with you! I cannot wait for couture week!

^First big miss from Greta Lee/Danielle Goldberg. The beige leotard of the dress makes it look like they should have saved this for the end of the month...like for Heidi Klum's Halloween party.

The slope of the shoulder, width/length of the sleeve, and incline of the cutouts gives Mia a posture that makes it look like she's fighting a stomach virus and just threw up.
