She is certainly pretty but nothing outstanding, i remember first seeing her in some Dior ad and thinking jesus, this looks so wrong, who is she? she just looked out of place. About the Cheri - its a nice pose, but overall, boring i odnt like the background either

The ad is plain, but Dior did not choose her for this for any reason other than the Presley heritage. If they wanted a "real model" they had their pick of hundreds, maybe thousands, I don't know. They wanted her because her heritage makes her standout. Notice how everyone knows who she is. She came out saying she wanted to be a model, her mom talked about her modeling, her grandmother even threw out a word or two for the media. This was all part of the campaign to get the Riley for Dior thing going. Dior and the Presley family are helping each other, so to speak. You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours. It's done frequently in the fashion business. This ad is about business, not modeling or fashion. Riley is just the showpiece.

Maybe Im insane. But for a Miss Dior look Id put a model in one of the F/W 04 couture peices. Put her on a black velvet chaise lounge, laying down with one arm above her head, hanging over the edge with the fragrance held between her thumb and forefinger. The room would be black lacquer. Something that is Miss Dior, not, Miss Street wh*re...

just teasing. I'm indifferent about her. It's cool to see how much she resembles her mom and Elvis, but she is a little annoying, the way she never smiles. She seems like she's depressed all the time. It's like, OMG, come on, how hard can her life be? Her mom seems really cool and so does her grandma. She has a buttload of $$$$$$$$$$$$. Why can't she find anything to smile about?

I think she's sweet and pretty, but was all wrong for this ad. I LOVE the fragrance itself, but the ad was totally uninspiring and didn't seem to match the scent

I like Riley, I've never read her interviews but she looks good. But I don't like that she is a model ( I don't like any other celebkid especially a rock star one doing these ) and I don't like those ads.
She does look a lot like Elvis, but of course a lot more feminine. She doesn't bug me like the daughters of Rolling Stones members, who are just plain annoying.
