Without the stripe it would've been just another librarian look, which isn't always a bad thing. The stripe looks like an afterthought. I cannot appreciate it as a design element. Looks like someone just stuck a piece of duct tape down her body, just because.

I actually really like the dress. I even like the hair- it gives her sort of a more rough, gritty look than she usually goes for. But I think the lipstick is way too much.

In love with the dress. It green looked great on her, but the harsh lip colour looked really unnecessary.
