Clutches for day

I guess they just are hot at the moment, becauce it feels fresh.

Oversized bags have been going for a while now, even since bohemian started we got all these bag styles-boho-hobo, etc.

I don't think it's going to go totally mainstream... as Softgrey said, it is very impractical.

But I plan on wearing a clutch for summer, even though I usually carry an oversized bag- for practical reasons, I carry my life in there.

I do think it looks quite chic' and new, people are getting sick of the oversized bags.. Ive started to see much more 'sturdier' bags being carried around.

i'm the sort of person who uses handbags more as an accessory than a necessity, and i occasionally carry clutches during the day if it makes the outfit. i can see how it would be impractical for many women though. nor do i see it becoming a major trend.

clutches would only work for women with a lifestyle like Gabriels: doesn't work, shops all day and gets facials.

If you really want to get that look why not a a small purse that can pass as a clutch if you tuck the straps in?
