After Meisel worked so hard to turn the visuals of this campaign around, Vevers had to cheapen everything with Teller on his laziest.

Seems like they wanted to make these beautiful people look very ordinary. It works, this looks very cheap.
I don't understand why they had to go with Teller, who only delivers good work for Saint Laurent. Meisel and McDean did a much better job for Coach.

I actually like this. It’s lazy but effective...
I wish they actually did something.
Meisel was very evocative, it gave a feeling of nostalgia and we could imagine a story.

This is just people styled and shot on the street.

Looks like they put a bunch of Celine photos on a moodboard but the result is nowhere near as beautiful.

Curious though - Why did Teller shoot this in digital instead of his usual film? It completely changes the effect.

I really love this campaign. Beautiful location and casting. The only thing that I don't like is the logotype. It is too bold.
