Colon Clense

I was at a health food store today and they had virtually a whole aisle dedicated to colon cleanses.. claiming they need to be done and can redude abdomon weight and make you a much healthier person. Has anyone ever done one of these? Any specific brands that are really good? Thanks in advance!

Be careful, cause a lot of them are just harsh laxatives. In Australia we have a product called "Colon Cleanse" and it works using Magnesium Oxide to soften and remove impacted matter (yeah, I know that sounds really gross) but without causing damage to the bowel, and without causing the discomfort and cramping thats often associated with laxative use. Look for a product based on magnesium oxide- they're not uncommon and they have significant advantages
