Hi, I couldn't find anything on shopping in Colorado- but if there is a thread already, please post it.

I'm going to Colorado for over a week- I will be in Breckenridge most of the time, Denver, Boulder, and Vail as well. Any suggestions on shopping- local designers and higher end (miu miu, marni)/smaller designers? Any other places to check out?

go to max in boulder, CO

Hi,

I was just in Colorado and went back to California on Sat. Anyway, check out Max in Boulder, CO. It's awesome. You can find Marni, Hanii Y, Miu Miu, Dries Van Noten and lots of other things. There are great finds there that you won't be able to get in other states.

have fun...

I just relocated from Denver. Shopping around the Cherry Creek area is good and the Cherry Creek mall is pretty decent. Have fun!

If you are in Denver try to go to the Colorado Mills mall. It's basically like a large indoor outlet mall. They have like Tods outlet and Last Call Neiman Marcus or Saks 5th. They also have this fabulous shoe store called Off Broadway Shoes which has rows after rows of shoes. Hmmm there's also the Cherry Creek Mall or Park Meadows Mall both of which have your large department stores and smaller shops... Cherry Creek is your best bet for designer just pay attention to your credit card limit:innocent:. They also have a really great bookstore called Tattered Cover Bookstore if you are into books. That's denver mostly.
Vail... now that is covered in expensive designer stores. You won't have any trouble finding them.
Breckenridge has a whole strip of touristy stores in that swiss look. Expensive though. I don't know if they have any designer stores.. never took the time to look. Ahh I miss Colorado, I moved to florida from there about 1/2 a year ago.
May I ask... are you going there to ski? You are going to Breck and Vail afterall... but the skiing is total crap this time of the year. Very slushy. The best skiing in colorado... well the snow isn't amazingly powdery but there are usually no tourists is Loveland. I used to live there. Anywho have a great time in Colorado. *Cherry Creek is really the only good place to go for designer... they should have everything you are looking for B)
