I don't think it's for Numero. The Karl Lagerfeld couture ed is always reserved for their September issue.

I reckon it could be Scarlett Johansson. She's yet to feature on an Elle UK cover I believe and to me she's the right kind of girl for them.

She had a cover of Elle UK Feb 2006 but it was a reprint from the US Version. She has an upcoming Cosmopolitan US cover. I hope its her. That Elle UK Covers account has made many mistakes. It also said that Cameron Diaz never had a cover before when she did.

True, and even Lorraine made a mistake saying Kristen Stewart was making her UK cover debut for Elle. Maybe it could be Scarlett, but I suppose if we're to believe he's correct then it wont be her.

I don't get why they haven't used her. She makes sense on there to me.

I'm reading into it that whoever it is has had a US Elle cover before..

Scarletts film does work for a December cover.
But i dismissed her because she has been on the cover before.

Can Scarletts film be described as:
"Just had a sneak preview screening of what is now my favourite film of the year. Tenderly bittersweet."
Am assuming its for 'We built a zoo'

Either way Jennifer stayed in New York after fashion week, missing London Fashion Week, so I presume it must be someone pretty big?

RE: British ELLE, it was indeed Cameron's very first cover. There had been one 10years prior, but before the redesign and it was bought it. So this was the first time she has shot & interviewed exclusively. It was also Kristen Stewart's debut British glossy cover. She had only graced the cover of Dazed before this, not a big commercial fashion magazine.

And you're right, Scarlett has not shot for British ELLE previously.
