I said one of the most iconic and I stand by it. Barely anything noteworthy has happened on a red carpet since 2010 and the original 'Birth of Venus' Thierry Mugler dress is one of those moments for me, regardless of who is wearing it.

Agreed. It's worrying in a way because while we're so inundated with a) nostalgic imagery and b) references to nostalgic imagery, the clock is ticking and next year everyone will look back, try to pinpoint to innovative movements, and come up short. Maybe it's technology, or maybe it's the fact that all the editors, photographers, designers currently trending were never properly prepared for the audience they're currently dealing with nor the fact that technology advanced as fast as it did.

If one of the greatest fashion moments for the decade is an archival piece, then it's time fofor fashion to take stock. Well, I reckon they should do it regardless.

This forum has accused Anna of only giving the cover to a very limited roster of WOC. However, to fit a narrative, its no longer shocking if Anna gives Cardi a cover? So I guess we’ve debunked our own allegation. Anna’s WOC roster is very broad!

Also, “Anna only likes pop stars”. Oh wait but she might give Cardi a cover because she’s that low. Cardi is nowhere near a pop star. So I guess Anna’s not only limited to popstars.
