Vogue Japan 2019 November
According to WWD: “the upcoming November and December issues will be monographs dedicated to Japan, shot by Albert Watson and Juergen Teller”.

Not in the slightest bit motivated by this... and certainly not looking forward to the January 2020 cover photographed by Nick Knight. As a result, for me, it's roll on the February issue which is hopefully a return to form with a Luigi & Iango fashion and model extravaganza.

*Edit* Oh and @[B]tigerrouge[/B], speaking of British Elle... Cara Delevingne is supposedly on the October cover (as previewed on Elle's Instagram).

I bloody love Albert Watson! He's an incredible photographer and I have no doubt that he'll do a fantastic photo essay of Japan. He's barely worked since the 90s (at least in high fashion) though, so it feels a bit unreal that he should be given such a prestigious job at this stage in fashion print history...

British Elle's September cover with Angelina Jolie is arguably the best the magazine has produced all year, so I am more than willing to give the October cover with Cara Delevingne a chance (her recent American Marie Claire cover was quite beautiful, after all).

We will no doubt see the October cover of British Vogue tomorrow , if Edward Enninful's still sticking with releasing the new cover on the first Monday of every new month.

^I'm probably wrong but it's Kaia's 18th sometime this week, so why do I get the feeling Edward just won't want to pass up being the first editor to give her a Vogue cover "legitimately" (i.e. following Condé's age stipulations)?

Still, didn't Kendall just shoot a cover for them recently? Don't see those two back to back, particularly on a British publication. Plus I can't imagine seeing Meisel back again so soon.

Kaia's Meisel cover is long overdue, I'm ready for it! I'm really hoping that there's even a slightest chance of Meisel shooting the cover every month. In my opinion, his covers work the best when it comes to British Vogue under Edward. I am not expecting anything for tomorrow, but I know I'd be thrilled if it was shot by him.

Anyway, what happened to the ''controversial'' issue? Is it too soon after the Forces of Change thing? They wouldn't use all their woke tricks at once, right? However, I'm looking forward to it, whatever it is, cause I'm so over September and I really need October to step it up.

Quite the opposite - I assume she's selective about which magazines to shoot for and this is perhaps what helped her deign to do it?
