DeuxMoi got the confirmation about Adele from here lol. They were wrong with their previous info. They said Adele is getting the September cover of Vogue US, then said sometime in the Fall and now they’re saying British Vogue November.

I think it's often just magical thinking on the part of deeply invested fans compounded by seeing rumors and speculation here and elsewhere. Then they anonymously submit is as factual insider information. I think we've all known Adele was going to be on Vogue soon, it was just a matter of which month(s) and which edition(s).

Wimbledon already happened, and who knows what her level of popularity will be a year from now.

I have never understood that. Unlike most female tennis players, she actually looks like a model, and wears fashion beautifully.
I don't even think she's gotten Vogue Russia, which is just bananas. I know Anna is friends with Serena, so maybe some of that has played into her not getting American Vogue,
but that alleged blood feud really only exists among the citizens of Serenastan.
