He and Cindy didn't work together for ages! Unlike Kate, I think he ended with Cindy in good terms. Also he is working a lot with Kaia and is proof there's no bad blood between them. Noticed Cindy didn't work a lot after the 90s, if I'm not wrong. She was pretty selective with her works after the decade.

I always thought it was Franca who didn’t book Cindy. Because she worked with Meisel a lot for American Vogue during the 90s. All her Italian Vogue editorials were always shot by other photographers.
