Has anyone found out who is the covergirl for VI or VP.?

VI is supposed to be out on the 5th, according to a few posts back

I can't wait. I bought the March issue just yesterday and cannot wait for more

I'm hoping for Raquel or someone else now that I think about it ,Natalia is ok but I have seen way too much of her lately.

Well, from the amount of speculation in this post, probably not

I'm just hoping for someone big and well known. I don't know how much of more of these 'new faces' that Meisel insists on using I can still take.

I'm hoping a lot for Raquel, but Natalia has worked so much with Meisel lately I'm affraid it's her It's not like she doesn't deserve it, I mean she's a good model, but she doesn't need it, it will be just one more cover between tons she gets! Raquel doesn't have half as many covers as Natalia

me too. i have such mixed feelings about Meisel. sometimes i love him and sometimes i just wish some other photographer was shooting for VI... he likes some great great models like Lara and Sasha but at the same time he likes these new faces as you said that i really, really don't get the appeal.

i'd like to see Mariacarla on a VI cover someday... but i don't think it's going to happen. other ones i'd love to see are Natasha Poly (even less possible?), Cicely Telman or Heidi Mount...

I wish MariaCarla would get one too.I mean ,she's italian ,she has worked with Meisel before both campaign wise and Vogue Italia editorial wise, and she has been modeling for years.She deserves one.

And I wasn't saying I wanted a new face to be on the cover, frankly I think alot of the new models are pretty blank and dull.I was just saying that I can think of so many other deserving girls who could have a new cover(Raquel ,Malgosia, Daria, Mariacarla, Linda, Iselin, Julia, Rie, etc.)

If Frankie Rayder is about again, I wonder if she'll be picking up any major work in the months ahead. I know she's made an editorial appearance here and there, but I just don't know to what extent she's put herself back on the scene.

When you think about the type of work she used to do - covers for Vogue, Elle, Bazaar, but also a lot of advertising too. She had the bases of both high fashion and commercial campaigns covered.

I don't know how my last post read but I didn't imply that you did ... I was implying that the new faces that Meisel's put on the cover for the past 3 months or so have been as you said, "blank and dull." Kamila's last two covers, IMO, haven't been Meisel's best. I, for one, would love to see Daria on the cover again.

True true...now that Natalia got the British Vogue cover, is it going to change the situation in VI?

And if I'm not mistaken Agyness got 2 VI covers right? Does the anonymous poster at TI define "today's supermodels" as someone like her? She's undeniably popular right now...despite that I'm really hoping she does NOT get the cover!!!
