They just talked about Doutzen's US Vogue cover in Dutch entertainment show RTL Boulevard. Apparently it's another supermodel cover with 10 models, but Doutzen will have one of the most important spots (right in the middle) and her interview will be 2 pages, while the other girls only have one page

i bet it's the september issue...
the september 2004 issue was their best selling in years...and the last 2 september issues (sjp and kirsten dunst) did not sell well...

maybe it's featuring the next wave of hot models...
and i bet money you'll see caroline trentini, sasha, coco, agyness and hilary...
maybe even lily donaldson...

well, it seems that naomi campbell is going to be on the july cover of W. stephen klien has been shooting her while she has been doing her community service in NYC.

personally, i think its desrespectful to turn naomi's community service into a fashion shoot.

^ personally I don't think the model cover will be for september, but earlier. I simply can not imagine they already decided on the september cover

Well maybe she has scheduled hours of community service and is allowed to pursue work outside that time? If the actual shoot is of her doing service though...sounds dodgy.

I don't think Lara and Irina will be on the cover, they never appeared in US Vogue, but then again Doutzens appereances were minimal, so who knows... Girls like Anja and Freja, should be on the cover as well... I think that if they do a group cover, Gemma should be 'promoted from the right part of the fold out (like in sept 04) to the actual cover!

And RTL Boulevrad mentioning that Doutzen will be on the cover is a good sign, I remember they told early november 2005 that Doutzen would appear on the cover of Vogue Germany, and she did (january 06).

i hope anna choses true supermodels rather than just some of the new girls.

^amor - you read my mind those are the exact 10 I would expect to be on the cover if it were all new girls! But ultimately I still think Gemma and Daria will repeat...and possibly Gisele and Natalia as well.
