^I know in an article about Gemma it said she had an upcoming UK Vogue cover, and will be on the first Vogue India cover in September. And another article said Catherine McNeil will be on the cover of Uk Vogue soon. It didn't say the months, though, but they should be soon, if the articles are correct.

I found a source for the Catherine McNeil story online: ninemsn.com's Australia Fashion Week Blog (apologies if posted previously)....

"Gemma Ward and Miranda Kerr have proven that, whether they're editorial or commercial stars, Australia has some serious beauty to export to the world.

The latest in that line is Catherine McNeil, a teenager from Queensland who is about to be launched as the world's next supermodel — thanks to a cover story and 18 page shoot in respected US magazine V, shot by super-snapper Mario Testino.

That major coup will be followed up by French and British Vogue covers in the next two months. Considering she was the star newcomer of the European Autumn Winter shows earlier this year, the "super" tag is no exaggeration.

This week I met the man who is shaping Catherine's career. Stephen Lee is an Aussie too, who moved from top agency Chic here in Sydney to Next Models in New York, where he manages the affairs of more supers than you can poke a celery stick at.

"My job is picking up the phone and saying no to people," the extremely laid back Lee says, "it's about exclusivity and longevity. You don't want to have a girl everywhere, doing every campaign at once. At the moment, she has one French campaign, an Italian campaign, her US campaign is DKNY, and she was just shot for the Pirelli Calendar last week. I have Catherine's career mapped out for the next three years."

I doubt it. US Vogue likes boring older celebs who don't influence fashion and repeating the younger ones who somewhat do. I could see another Sienna Miller cover again this year due to that.

You know i think she will be on few major covers in the future aswell,and i think there is a chance she and Keira will do together a cover,probably Vogue,when their movie is released.

I don't really mind her so much, well its better than Kate Moss on the cover again imo, but I don't think Sienna has the claim to frequent the cover as much as she does

any news about the next issue of V? i adored the cover with Catherine McNeil, it was so strong and the colours were so bright (but a different sort of bright then say Agyness on the cover of Vogue)

I think the next cover of vmagazine will be styled by irina l. She wanted to put models of all ages on the cover but i'm not sure.
