God that cover was such a downer wasnt it!Actually the whole issue was blah for a Spetember issue,so i hope they make up with this one,and there was a documentary filmed about the making of this issue,so they better bring the goods.

And Charlize is always a good choice for Vogue,she is photogenic and knows how to pose,and isnt all over the place like some of their subjects.Surprisingly she never got the same treatment like Kidman,Renee.etc its weird,because if you look at the crazy amount of covers Keira has been getting,and in such short period.Strange indeed!

i wouldnt mind seeing kate bosworth on the cover(even though she has close to nothing acting talent,she looks good in clothes and wore some interesting pieces),but august being their age issue,i expected to see someone older because otherwise older women never get vogue covers

How could Sienna Miller shift a September issue? She's gone off the boil in terms of headlines, the boho moment has long gone in terms of the look she made her own, her career is "resting" at the moment in terms of box office performance, and not even Jude Law is in the news much.

I don't mind Sienna that much, and I'm not saying she's useless - I'm simply thinking about her profile in terms of publicity.

^^Its just so silly really,i mean just look at the covers Kate has been getting and has so faar!Why is she considered so interesting specially for fashion magazines?I really dont get it!

Not only Chloe&Maggie,but there are so many more women out there who would make faar better and deserving covers.

Also like you said,they are great actresses,i just love them in movies and i cant wait to see Maggies latest movie(forgot the title).

According to a TV Interview, Kate Bosworth is on a upcoming Vogue cover, perhaps August, Lindsay Lohan has the August cover of Tatler to promote I Know Who Killed Me, and according to Andre Leon Talley, the September issue will be their biggest ever volume and Sienna will be on the October cover.

i'm definitely skeptical on the kate bosworth claim...
her next movie doesn't come out until november (some sites say 2008), and it's the age issue, and while i don't doubt her style sense, vogue has a tendency to be a bit more surprising with their cover choice for this issue...
