I think it IS sasha in that shot! Could it be sasha's 3rd september cover?

It is Sasha. But just because she's on the preview page doesn't mean she will be on the cover, unfortunately
For example, last month's preview was a photo of Sasha from her editorial by Patrick Demarchelier in the August issue and below the photo, it was written "Claudia Schiffer à la Une", as "Les confessions de Kate Winslet" is written on that preview page... This is why I think there are chances for Kate Winslet to be on the September's issue cover.

In the previous preview, Sasha was pictured and was in an editorial, and Claudia was name-checked in the text, and got the cover. Might be the same format again?

Julia Roberts has been out of the Hollywood fame game for some time now. She's been busy having a family. But Julia makes a comeback this fall in "Charlie Wilson's War" alongside Tom Hanks. And now I'm told that Vanity Fair has landed the Oscar-winner for a fall cover, either October or November. Bravo!
