The ed with Oraine and all the girls sounds HOT, I can't really picture any of the new babies taking part (the way I'm imagining it in my head, anyway ). My guess for the cover would be Julia. Either that, or a big group shot.

But we don't really know for sure that it'll run in the September issue, do we? Newspapers tend to get these things wrong more often than not...

I have this sneaky suspicion that Meghan Collison will get a VI cover very soon (though probably not September). The buzz is on, and we know Meisel likes her, but it would still be quite unexpected at this point, which is exactly why I think it might happen. Meisel obviously loves playing starmaker, and he sure loves a good surprise as well.

Imagine if Meisel decided to go all the way back to the start - and use Christy Turlington. She's had covers here-and-there this year, so she's still on the fringes.

I would love to see that but it won't happen, Steven doesn't really work with Elise anymore.

Then again, he had stopped working with Malgosia like 4 years ago, then all of a sudden she pops up in Vogue Italia & in the Belstaf campaign.

Thanks HoneyI haven't had a minute to even look at my NY Times todayI just now (after reading your post) opened up the style section & saw the pic. People...if you can buy this issue on Sunday then do so...because there is always so much more to these T Style Mags than what nytimes.com features
