Actually the specific site I was looking for is English- its similar to yesbook24 in number of magazine only.
The layout is one magazine per row, with the new issue cover on the left and some details to the right of it [Add to Cart, etc] - and in English. It stocks some magazines yesbook24 does not have.

Yesbook24 and the other Taiwan sites are great, but there are some issues they no longer stock (Jane, ELLE Paris, ELLE Germany, Maxim UK, Cosmo Girl, others).
I think with yesbook24 and this OTHER site, you would be able to find 90% of all new covers for the most popular magazines.

I was working on a project. If I can complete this, I will of course share a link with everyone. It will be Auto-Updating with the newest covers.

Nope. Actually I like the layout and style of that website.
But the covers they display are not new, most look like a couple months old and older.

No. That rumor that you're so fond of was for the October issue (and Lindsay never made the final edit). The November editorial is just one girl, I believe.
