I dont think so last years the may issue have been dedicated to the costume institute gala and the 2010 its dedicated to american woman.

demi's harper's bazaar shoot is for the april 2010 issue. a playhouse theme, with a play on big versus little sizes(hence the giraffe). kind of alice in wonderland but not exactly.

she mentioned it in a video that she posted on her twitter page, i think the shoot was styled by rachel zoe (because she's in the video as well)...
she talked about a shot with an extra large bottle and a mini bottle of her perfume, wanted...
