I really hope it's not Kate Winslet on the cover of US Vogue March. Please, let it be a fresh face just like Rachel and Jessica.

^ I have to agree with Cottonmouth! They started great this year, 2 fresh faces in a row, hope their March is someone new! As for Kate, I think it's not for VOGUE March. Their recent covers were colorful, fresh, but this shoot is just BLAND. Not a single picture is cover worthy. But could be photos from the ed.

I prefer Kate over Jessica Beil any day. I've been subscribed for almost three years (ending my subscription now) and I believe I haven't ever received an issue with Kate Winslet on it.

The "new face" bit for VP was stated in a comment without a source which was later deleted (as far as I can tell -- after all that speculation I decided to look back to see how credible the initial claim was and couldn't find it), so I'm not all that surprised that it ended up being false. Great for Daria, though! Too bad the actual cover didn't turn out to be the most amazing image.

The post is still there. If someone wants to give a source for their post in this thread then that's fine... if they don't that's ok too. In the past some members in the industry have given information w/out a source & it's perfectly acceptable. Rumor & speculation all belong here.

^ You know what the weird thing is? When i went to look for it a few days ago I couldn't find it, even when i clicked that little triangle link for the posts quoting it, but now I can see it.

Either way, I didn't mean to suggest that the post didn't belong here or was out of place! Just that rumors are by nature unconfirmed bits of information, so we shouldn't be too surprised or confused when they turn out not to be true .

Moving on, I hope the US Vogue finds someone more interesting than Kate Winslet for its March cover.
