It's a good cover, and her ed is lovely. She's wearing lilac Burberry Prorsum on the cover, and the InStyle banner's lilac too. It looks good against the strong black eye make-up they've got her wearing.

I really don't think Tina Fey is the worst cover Vogue US has done or will do.

From Tina Fey through Alexa Chung to Megan Fox - that's a good range of different cover girls for March. And what I dislike in terms of 'idea' could turn out to be a better shot in reality, so I'll wait until I see the end product on sale.

It's very old-school of me, but I'm most excited by the sound of Naomi on UK Elle and Kate on US Bazaar... and I would like Klein to do something dark with Megan on that W cover (and I don't mean close her in a cupboard, even if that'd be the more popular option).

I think Liv Tyler's going to have a UK Elle cover...

In Elle Collections there's a big page ad for subscriptions, featuring covers from 2010/2009 and some from 2008, and there's a Liv Tyler cover there, that I've never seen before. She's in the corner of a grey room, in a short black dress with the "new fashion" hand written text scrawled across it.. You can also make out that it says "March 2010"...

I think that's possible. I don't see why else they'd put it there. Naomi's cover might be like Boris' was, like you say, and available at limited locations.

Especially as the Liv image appears twice. Once as the subscriber's cover, and then again as the newstand. Least they're both good covers.. The Subscriber's looks pretty good to me.

OMG! I'm really excited for Tina Fey's Vogue cover! She's smart, funny and somewhat stylish. I'd rather her than Nicole Kidman/Kate Hudson/Keira Knightly/Gwyneth Paltrow for the millionth time.

Well, I think we can safely say she'll be on some version of the cover. Although it doesn't look like she'll be on the general newsstand or subscriber's. No doubt they'll treat it like the London Fashion Week covers. I don't think they ever went further than central London! It's frustrating when they do that.

I think Fox might work very well for W, even though i'm officially done with that mag, and don't follow Megan, i think they can do something with her. But i wonder if I&V might shoot her, or M&M who shot her Armani underwear ad campaign?!?!?

Oh and HUGE let down to hear there is a chance Naomi will be only on special edition ELLE cover, or sharing it with such a bore as Liv.

Aïe! So my fear is closer to coming true - that the Naomi cover didn't come together - or never was. I really liked the idea of her getting a March cover at this stage in her career.

Tina Fey is smart, talented, and super deserving of a Vogue cover, no questions asked.
I'm cautiously optimistic that Anna Wintour and co. will not over-prettify her and let her personality shine through.
