the karl connection came about after courtney wore a fake chanel dress. he already shot her for us harper's bazaar (i'd rather go nude than wear fake chanel). and she does wear givenchy, and went to several shows in paris during s/s 08, but i'm hoping with all my might that this paris vogue cover is only a rumor.
