The pattern I've noticed for April for the last ten years is a person of color or a different ethnicity, so it could very well be Beyoncé.

Beyoncé could very well be Vogue's April cover subject. A tour has just been announced with Jay-Z... spotted the news on Vogue's Instagram story a moment ago. I'm not her biggest fan but she did photographed beautifully for the April 2009 cover.
