According to Nina Garcia’s Instagram stories the second board with Selena Gomes and the first board with Bella Hadid, Romee Strijd and Luna Bijl. Someone wrote that Selena Gomez will be on the October cover of ELLE. So, I guess that the September issue will be with Bella Hadid, Romee Strijd and Luna Bijl.

UK ELLE September is the Sustainability issue, the cover is a studio shot, very muted grey with a wind machine on a chiffon gown. Looks really pretty, although not groundbreaking. I think it was Emilia Clarke or Emma Watson, but I can’t quite be sure - small image I was going off!

I think it's rather Selena on September and the models on October. It will be interesting to see how this will play out because celeb agents generally target for their clients to book September or March. If Selena is indeed on Elle's October cover (which I doubt because her last US Elle cover was also for October and her stock have risen since), then it says a lot about how sought after an Elle cover must be nowadays. Ever since Nina took over it's just been one big name after another. I'm sure it has a lot to do with Gan, because Nina certainly couldn't get these type of exclusives at Marie Claire.

Romee, potentially? Luna? I would think not but she did come out of nowhere with that Vogue Paris cover so who knows really. I'd love to see them on the cover! But it is a random choice. I could see them booking Romee for her social following, but I don't think Luna is that popular outside of fashion...
