What's the story with Vogue Australia February 2019?

The cover with Lily-Rose Depp has leaked days ago, and I've just spotted the accompanying cover edit complete with clothing credits in another thread. Like it had been ripped from an actual issue. Can any Aussie member on here confirm whether the issue is in fact on the newsstand already? There's nothing on VA's social media.

Sad, isn't it. Alt's iron fist over the covers of VP is so unremitting that none of us would think Saglio could style a cover. It's almost embarrassing to not have a cover to your name when you've basically been styling for the magazine for years.
